Cilcure B is a liquid form of Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate (MDI), a crucial monomer in the production of polyurethane-based adhesives. As a key ingredient in CASE formulations, it improves adhesion and is a vital component for bonding applications in various industries. Cilcure B is ISO 9001 certified and is categorized under diisocyanates, offering high reactivity in polyurethane formulations.

U304 is a medium-to-high viscosity, medical-grade UV-curable adhesive designed for bonding a wide variety of plastics in a multitude of configurations. It is strong, flexible and well-suited to bonding dissimilar substrates. U304 is certified to the ISO standard 10993 Part 5 for Cytotoxicity, making it suitable for use in medical devices.

Cilbond® 48 is a clear, single-component bonding agent designed for both cold and hot-cure applications (65-275°F/20-135°C) with castable polyurethane systems and injection-molded thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) systems on metal and plastic substrates. It provides exceptional corrosion resistance and offers the advantage of fast drying. Cilbond® 48 can be used without the need for a pre-bake process and has been specifically developed for use in dynamic conditions where hydrolytic stability is crucial.

Ultraflex™ 4320 is a solvent-based adhesive that can be used as a one- or two-component system. It has a high heat activation temperature and offers high green strength, which means it provides strong initial bonding even before full curing. It is designed for sole and upper bonding in the footwear industry. Additionally, it is worth noting that Ultraflex™ 4320 exhibits excellent green strength even when used at a lower concentration than the recommended amount.

Cyberbond 6070 is a liquid primer used to increase the strength of the adhesive when low-surface-tension substrates are utilized. It finds applications in catheter assembly, IV sets, tube bonding, airway masks, needle bonding, mechanical device assembly, balloon bonding, and stylets in medical device assembly.

H.B. Fuller 2611 is a fast-setting, low- to medium-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive for use on all types of substrates. It is particularly suitable for setting and adhering rapidly to inactive surfaces such as wood, leather, and fiberglass matting. H.B. Fuller 2611 offers viscosity and flow characteristics ideal for filling small gaps. H.B. Fuller 2611 is certified to ISO 10993-5 for biocompatibility, making it suitable for use in medical applications.

Cilbond® 49SF is a single-component bonding agent specifically designed for hot-cure applications (more than 160°F/70°C) with castable polyurethane elastomers and injection-molded TPU systems. It features a pigmented red color and is widely recognized as the industry benchmark for high-performance urethane bonding. Cilbond® 49SF has been developed to bond effectively with various materials, including metals, polyesters, polyamides, epoxies, and fiberglass reinforced plastics. It is highly recommended by leading urethane manufacturers and offers impressive in-service heat resistance of up to 265°F/130˚C (or up to 350°F/180˚C when used in combination with the Cilcure® B additive).
