Foster® Vapor-Safe® Coating 30-80 is a water-based, fire-resistant, flexible, high-solids vapor retarder finish suitable for various types of thermal insulation, including polystyrene foam. It can be applied to dry concrete and finished cement surfaces. This coating is formulated for both indoor and light-duty commercial outdoor use, featuring UV resistance. Magik 3217 is a UL Classified, anti-fungal, low VOC, water-based, flexible fire-resistant vapor barrier sealant. It is designed for low, medium, and high-pressure/high-velocity metal, fiberglass, and flexible heating and air conditioning ducting systems. Magik 3217 is highly elastic and offers excellent adhesion to metal and aluminum. Foster® 40-30™ Fungicidal Protective Coating is a low-odor, fast-setting, water-based surfacing material specifically crafted for field or shop application to faced or unfaced fiberglass duct liner, fiberglass duct board insulation, or galvanized surfaces. Foster® 40-30C Protective Coating is a low-odor, fast-setting, water-based surfacing material intended for field or shop application to faced or unfaced fiberglass duct liner, fiberglass duct board insulation, or galvanized surfaces. Foster® Asbestos Removal Encapsulant 32-61™ is a water-based polymeric coating that offers an effective solution for dealing with various types of asbestos, including AMOSITE and CROCIDOLITE. This coating rapidly and thoroughly penetrates the asbestos-containing material (ACM), ensuring it becomes fully saturated.
