This coating can be easily sprayed onto exposed underbody areas, and wet film builds of 0.040" can be applied without runs, drips, or sags.

Foster® Cryolar™ 1K Vapor Stop Sealant 90-61 is a ready-to-use, one-component vapor stop sealant specifically designed for use in cryogenic applications. Adecol® C-1029 adhesive is a water-based emulsion of polymers that exhibits exceptional tackiness. This high-performance adhesive is particularly effective for use with metallized labels and varnished surfaces, providing strong initial tack and excellent results. Its unique formula, which includes water as a diluent, ensures optimal performance in a variety of applications.

WS-8072 Class B is a non-chromate corrosion inhibitive, light weight, fast curing polysulfide sealant. Two-part manganese cured polysulfide system with eco-friendly profile provides an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum and between dissimilar metals. AC-8072 B retains excellent performance characteristics at temperature excursions up to 360°F. Typical applications include sealing of fay surfaces of mating parts of aircraft structure to prevent corrosion and channeling leakage. WS-8072 Class B has outstanding retention of physical properties when exposed to aviation fuel and oils. It is a thixotropic paste with non-sag characteristics an able to be applied by an extrusion gun or with a spatula.
