Application Instructions
  • Application temperature: approx. 150°C.
  • Setting Time and Open Time can be affected by application temperature. Higher application temperature results in a longer Setting Time.
  • Substrate surface has to be clean, dry and free from oil and grease. Substrate temperature must not be below 20°C during application. Lower temperatures deteriorate spreading of glue and shorten Open Time.
  • After physical curing of adhesive, parts are ready for further processing in short time. Adhesive can be applied by nozzle, roller coater and spraying equipment. The adhesive in application equipment must be isolated from ambient moisture. Typically this is achieved with a dry nitrogen blanket.
