Full-Care

Swift®tak TT3031 is a water-based adhesive known for its clean in-use performance when machine hygiene is a top requirement. It is a concentrated adhesive that can be diluted with a maximum of four parts water. It is commonly used in lamination applications for bath tissue and paper towel production.

It serves as an excellent pigment binder with good scrub resistance and is suitable for low-temperature touch-ups. H.B. Fuller HL5145 is a single-component hot melt adhesive known for its ease of use. Specifically designed as an IG sealant for windows, it demonstrates excellent adhesion to both glass and spacer materials. The adhesive offers outstanding moisture vapor resistance and gas retention properties, ensuring long-term durability. It meets the ASTM E2190 and CGSB 12 7 standards, further attesting to its quality and reliability.

H.B. Fuller HL5145

H.B. Fuller MP5430NS is a two-part modified epoxy adhesive designed for medium-speed bonding of metals, ceramics, and most plastics. It cures to a tough, semi-rigid polymer and is delivered in a non-sagging viscosity. It provides good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It was specially formulated to a 1:1 mix ratio for use in either MMD equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges for easy dispensing. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 40 - 50 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.

H.B. Fuller® CHM-5317AZP

H.B. Fuller 1527, also called 1527SBK, is a black, UL-certified, one-component RTV silicone with super resistance to weathering and ultra violet (UV). This material has very good adhesion without the need for primers to a wide range of substrates. It can be used for a variety of interior and exterior bonding and sealing applications. 1527 Black is formulated to perform at temperatures ranging from -54°C to 210°C.
