Applications & Uses

Preparation Information

• The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, free of grease, free of dust and free of oil.
• Intrafol™ L 1140/31 MP must be stirred well before use

Processing Information

• Apply a thin and homogenous coat of Intrafol™ L 1140/31 MP on the plastic surface and dry the applied film.
• For new materials or applications, the suitability must be confirmed by preliminary tests.
• Suitable Substrates - Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS)
• Suitable Adhesives - Edge banding hot melts (e.g. EVA, APAO, reactive PUR)
• Application Method - Roller coating
• Allow the coated substrate to cool to room temperature before winding it up.
