Product Application

Suitable to produce tapes or labels.

Suitable Substrates: Plastic films (Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polyester, etc.); natural and synthetic textile; paper; expanded materials (PU, PE, PU).

Application Instructions: This product should be coated directly on the final substrates by common coating system like fixed or rotating doctor blade system, transfer roll or reverse roll. If needed the adhesive can be applied by transfer from silicon paper or release liner after complete evaporation of solvents. Drying is a very important operation before laminating or rewinding process: traces of solvent in the adhesive layer will give products with characteristics different from the standard. This adhesive can be diluted with different solvents such as toluene or mix of aliphatic hydrocarbons. Solvents must be anhydrous.

Cleaning Instructions: For cleaning of machineries and tools we suggest the use of acetone since this solvent coagulate the adhesive and help its removal.
