Instructions

Bonding surface preparation: The bonding surface needs to be clean, dry and oil-free

  • Polyolefin materials must be subjected to electrical or oxidation pretreatment.
  • Such materials must be pre-treated with a suitable cleaning agent or primer.

Preparation: unloader, heating plate, delivery pipe, pump, and gun head must be equipped with

  • Set the appropriate temperature. Too high a temperature will cause the glue to decompose.
  • The structure of the equipment, heating plate, conveying pipe and pump are set to a temperature within 180 enough.

When applying with a nozzle or roller, bonding must be done immediately.

  • Cold will cause the glue to peel off and greatly shorten the opening time.
  • It is recommended to preheat the substrate.

It is recommended to use it all at once after opening the package.

Curing Conditions

In order to achieve complete curing, the composite product should be stored at a suitable temperature and humidity (for example: 25 temperature and 50% RH humidity, or If the film thickness is 0.5 mm or less, under suitable conditions at low temperatures and humidity, the curing will be completed within 7 days. It takes a long time to fully cure. The curing rate and completion of curing will vary with the film. Varies depending on thickness and substrate permeability.
