H.B. Fuller's Rapidex® reactive hot melt adhesives represent a sophisticated blend of the processing benefits of a hot melt with the robust end-use performance of a polyurethane. These adhesives consistently provide high bond strength and in-use stability to help facilitate line efficiency and productivity. Specifically developed for flat lamination applications, Rapidex® solutions can be utilized across a range of application methods, such as roller, slot, extrusion, or spray. Their versatility extends to both interior and exterior usage, offering flexibility in the product assembly process. This adaptability helps cut down scrap levels, supporting efficient processing whether at 10 or 80 meters per minute.


Rapidex

H.B. Fuller WB2745N is a water-based adhesive known for its low adhesion performance and low solid content. It provides sufficient bonding while maintaining the softness of substrates, ensuring a clean running process. This adhesive is highly concentrated and can be diluted with a maximum of 1-2 parts water. It is commonly used for lamination applications, particularly in the production of bath tissue and paper towel.

Swift®therm Advantage 8855 is a hot melt adhesive that has been formulated as a specialty grade for use in side gluing, end papering, and case making applications. It boasts excellent pot stability with an extremely low odor, making it an ideal choice for manufacturing processes where odor can be an issue. This adhesive provides excellent adhesion, superior esthetics, and a transparent glue film, ensuring a clean finished product. Additionally, it offers exceptional cold and high heat resistance, ensuring a strong bond between substrates. However, it should be noted that this adhesive has an exceptionally low mileage.

H.B. Fuller® PD-0382 is a high-performance waterborne adhesive designed as a binder and resin. This liquid adhesive offers excellent machining, fast setting, and good water resistance. It is ideal for use in adhesives, coatings, construction products, and other applications requiring low VOC content. Its high performance and quick setting make it suitable for various bonding and coating purposes.

H.B. Fuller® PD-0382

Clarity® PHL 4155 has been designed for PET labeling for CSD, non CSD bottles for challenging labels and difficult container materials and conditions. It delivers strong adhesion at both overlap and pick up, high hot tack for strong bond with reduced flagging, low viscosity properties enables reduced cleaning, ease implementation and translates into increased efficiency and great machinability.

Clarity® PHL 4155

Swift®tak 5730 is a water-based adhesive designed for paper straw manufacturing. It has been s[ecifically developed for applications where good water resistance of the final bond is required. This adhesive boasts good water resistance and wet tack, making it suitable for use in moist environments. Its short open time allows for quick and efficient production processes, while excellent machinability further increases productivity.


Swift®tak 5730

H.B. Fuller UR4515GF is a two-component polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for the structural bonding of metals and plastics. This product offers high lap shear strength, good thixotropy for easy application, and a good work life. It has a 1:1 mix ratio by volume and is designed for easy use with automated dispense systems.

Swift®therm 2003NA is an attachment adhesive developed for automotive interior applications. It will adhere to a variety of substrates and has a relatively short open time making it ideal for manual attachments and small pieces.
