Clarity

Cyberbond CB 5500 is a cyanoacrylate with low odor, low blooming (whitening effect), and low outgassing characteristics. These very positive properties unfortunately go along with lower strength features compared to the ethyl ester-based cyanoacrylates. CB 5500 is a very low-viscosity grade with wicking properties.

KALAR® 5246 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5246 is off-white in color and is the least cross-linked butyl rubber of the KALAR® series of products, providing an excellent butyl intermediate base for general-purpose sealants and tapes. Its controlled cross-linking facilitates easily compounded sealants that can be applied with a minimum of effort.

H.B. Fuller Lunatack™ HL 3379 is a hot melt adhesive developed for the perfect binding and gluing off brochures, paperbacks and book blocks and in One-Shot and Two-Shot Systems. It can used as primer and as main glue in Two-Shot System.

Clarity® PHL4164 is designed for containers to label with pre-cut paper labels with superior hot tack and adhesion.

KALENE® 1300 is a low-molecular-weight liquid polymer derived by the depolymerization of butyl rubber. It vulcanizes at either ambient or elevated temperatures with the standard curatives for butyl rubber. KALENE® 1300 is light gray and contains no solvents or additives. KALENE® 1300 has the higher viscosity of the two KALENE® grades available and is the ideal choice for applications requiring the maximum retention of physical properties at the expense of a maximum reduction in viscosity. KALENE® 1300 is the preferred liquid butyl rubber for adhesive applications and a reactive additive to ordinary butyl rubber. KALENE® 1300 provides gas impermeability, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, good electrical properties, and excellent vibration and sound damping qualities.

Cyberbond CB 2240 is a partly flexible cyanoacrylate, also known as rubber tough. It allows dynamic and temperature-loaded bonds and guarantees certain shock-absorbing properties. This grade is also excellent for combination bondings like metal to rubber or metal to plastic. CB 2240 is a colorless, opaque grade with outstanding performance. Dispensing via, e.g., LINOP dispensing equipment is limited.

Swift®tak 5169 is a water-based dispersion adhesive that provides good initial wet tack and a long open time, making it ideal for folding box side seam gluing. It offers clean running on machines and is easy to clean, simplifying the manufacturing process. This adhesive can be used on both painted and unpainted surfaces.

FULLAMELT 122 has been formulated to meet industry requirements for a fast to medium setting, light coloured hot melt adhesive. It is superior to standard hot melt adhesives and exhibits the improved features of low odour, excellent thermal stability and very good machining properties.
