Clarity

Adecol® CQ-752PUR is a polyurethane-based (PUR) hotmelt adhesive, which in contact with the humidity of the air and/or substrates, initiates its crosslinking, making it a thermosetting adhesive of high flexibility. The adhesive has medium/short open time, with high initial grip, excellent performance in substrates of difficult adhesion (couche paper of various weights, varnished covers with water-based varnish or UV and / or laminated). It presents traction resistance and flexibility, adding lay-flat property. Resistant to solvents from printing inks.

Lunatack™ AS 301-52 is a hot melt thermoplastic adhesive and sealant designed as a filler grade specifically for the manufacture of air filters as a pleat separator. H.B. Fuller MP5405 is a two-part unfilled epoxy adhesive designed for ceramics and most plastics. It cures to a tough, semi-rigid material with a free-flowing viscosity. It has good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It was especially formulated to have a 1:1 mix ratio for use in either MMD equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges for easy dispensing. Handling strength is normally achieved at room temperature within 3 - 5 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.

Tuskbond HH550 - 22L Canister is a high heat sprayable contact adhesive, with heat resistance over 105 ̊C. Developed to bond a wide variety of substrates, HH550 has a long open time and provides a fast and strong permanent bond with excellent heat resistance. The adhesive is Approved by the manufacturer for use with Hanex Solid Surfaces.

These compounds offer dependable lubrication during assembly and can also act as a threadlocking adhesive and sealant.

Tuskbond FD170 - 22L Canister

FULLABOND 7521-500 is a low viscosity general purpose water based product which can be used for most paper to paper or paper to board applications. It can be used for some more difficult substrates like aluminum foil. It is suited to high speed packaging applications. Its application is clean and easy, and it has fast setting properties for porous substrate applications. This product can come in white and pink.
