By using the Sesame dispensing system, it does not require slowing down of the corrugator’s speed, and the Close-Sesame™ tape is applied continuously by roll-to-roll splicing capability. Millennium Hurricane Force® Universal Sealer Extreme is a fast-setting, solvent-free, multi-use universal sealer that becomes waterproof within minutes of application. The formula is essentially VOC-free, making it approved for use in regulated markets such as California and OTC states. Millennium Hurricane Force® Universal Sealer Extreme is a two-component product that cures via a chemical cross-linking mechanism. Unlike one-part moisture-cure sealants, Universal Sealer Extreme will cure consistently and quickly throughout, rather than simply skinning over and remaining tacky on the inside.

Clarity® PHL 4170CZP is a hot-melt adhesive with an aggressive bond on pick-up and overlap. It creates a virtually invisible glue line and has less bleed through on labels. It is commonly used for high-performance label application on PET and carbonated beverage containers. It is more aggressive than Clarity PHL 4167CZP in container labeling.

Swift®tak PS 8108 is a water-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with cross-linkable properties due to special co-monomers. It features robust coating performance, high shear resistance, and good SAFT (Shear Adhesion Failure Temperature) performance. The adhesive remains cohesive and adheres well after aging, while offering good tack and peel performance.

Millennium One Step™ Manual Applicators are reliable application equipment designed for manual dispensing of 1.5L Millennium One Step™ and Hurricane Force® two-component adhesives.
