Foster® Vapor-Safe® Coating 30-80 is a water-based, fire-resistant, flexible, high-solids vapor retarder finish suitable for various types of thermal insulation, including polystyrene foam. It can be applied to dry concrete and finished cement surfaces. This coating is formulated for both indoor and light-duty commercial outdoor use, featuring UV resistance. It has a mild, latex "paint-type" odor and is intended for use over insulation on pipes, vessels, ducts, and equipment operating at cryogenic to ambient temperatures.

Foster® Fire Resistive Lagging Adhesive And Coating 81-42 is a quick-setting water-based adhesive and coating for indoor use. It's ideal for adhering canvas, glass cloth, or other lagging materials over pipe and duct insulation. Additionally, it is suitable for attaching woven glass fiber tape to the joints of hard fibrous glass insulation boards. This product is designed for marine and industrial applications and can be top-coated with solvent-based paints if needed.

Childers® CP-137 HF Protective Coating is a halogen-free, white, water-based adhesive and coating with a dense, creamy consistency designed for interior applications. Foster® Chil-Bridge™ CP-211 is a polymeric, water-based coating designed for the protection and isolation of asbestos-containing materials (ACM). It is suitable for use in both indoor and outdoor applications. When applied over various forms of ACM, it effectively bridges, encases, and seals friable asbestos fibers.
