Rapidex® NP 2075 is a polyurethane-based reactive hot melt adhesive. It is commonly used for bonding a wide range of materials, including leather, wood, metal, glass, textiles, PUR foams, and various membrane films and plastics such as PVC, ABS, and PC. This adhesive is notable for its high initial strength, excellent thermal stability, and good flexibility after complete curing.

Körapur® 128 S is an elastic one-component adhesive and sealant used for bonding in the manufacturing of containers, vehicles, vehicle bodywork, air conditioning and heating equipment, metalwork, and other applications. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 4006 is a liquid-applied, two-component, flame-retardant, low-density polyurethane foam material designed for the potting and encapsulation of battery cells in EV battery modules. EV Protect 4006 SFR offers battery design engineers the ability to increase the power density of their modules while enhancing safety and protection from thermal propagation. The ultra lightweight nature of the EV Protect 4006 SFR minimizes the weight impact to the battery modules. The semi-structural properties of the material also provide noise, vibration, and harshness benefits to the battery system by unitizing the battery module and absorbing external environmental impacts.

KALENE® 1300 is a low-molecular-weight liquid polymer derived by the depolymerization of butyl rubber. It vulcanizes at either ambient or elevated temperatures with the standard curatives for butyl rubber. KALENE® 1300 is light gray and contains no solvents or additives. KALENE® 1300 has the higher viscosity of the two KALENE® grades available and is the ideal choice for applications requiring the maximum retention of physical properties at the expense of a maximum reduction in viscosity. KALENE® 1300 is the preferred liquid butyl rubber for adhesive applications and a reactive additive to ordinary butyl rubber. KALENE® 1300 provides gas impermeability, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, good electrical properties, and excellent vibration and sound damping qualities.

H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is a sprayable water-based intumescent coating designed to add a layer of protection in case of a thermal event in a battery pack. When exposed to flames, the coating will create an insulative layer that prevents direct contact of the flames to the substrate’s surface. This layer provides insulation against the flames and helps slow heat transfer through the coated substrate. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is formulated to adhere to a variety of common battery pack substrates, including steel, aluminum, e-coat, and ABS plastic. This coating can be easily applied onto battery pack components, and wet film builds of 0.030" can be applied without runs, drips, or sagging.

Swift®lock 2003 is a one-part hot melt adhesive that cures through a chemical reaction with moisture in the air and substrates. It is suitable for automotive interior trim applications and bonding a variety of wood-based substrates, such as soft woods, hard woods, particle board, MDF, papers, and wood veneers.

ElastiSeal® B-100 Butyl Rubber Sealant is a single component, solvent release butyl based sealant specifically designed to provide excellent exterior weathering properties. Fuller EV Bond 343 is a medium-hardness, semi-flexible two– component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding applications requiring resilient bonds, non-sag application and enhanced adhesion to flexible substrates. EV Bond 343 is suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, natural rubber, thermosetting polymers and select types of unprepared thermoplastic substrates such as ABS, polycarbonate and nylon.

H.B. Fuller 12137 is a high-performance sprayable contact adhesive known for its exceptional initial tack, strength, and temperature resistance. It offers excellent resistance to water and moisture. With high solid content and a low soak-in web pattern, it provides extended coverage. This adhesive is widely used for bonding various materials such as metals, plastics, wood, laminates, rubber, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), gel coat, polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), and foam.

H.B. Fuller 13247 is a solvent-based adhesive known for its high initial tack and long bonding time when applied as a spray. It offers exceptional peel strength, making it suitable for both permanent and temporary bonding applications. The adhesive is compatible with a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, laminates, rubber, FRP, gel coat, polyethylene, polypropylene, SBR, rubber, and foam. It is available in standard packaging options such as drums and pails. H.B. Fuller 13247 is primarily used for bulk applications and is classified as a contact adhesive.

H.B. Fuller EV Bond 383 is a thixotropic, toughened, two-component, ambient-curing epoxy adhesive. High impact resistance, moderate cure speeds, and good peel resistance characteristics make this system suitable for assembly or sealing of reinforced composite structures, metal bonding, or other applications where a toughened epoxy adhesive is required. This system contains dyes that fluoresce brightly with exposure to UV inspection lamps (black light).
