Swift®therm 3054 is a hot melt adhesive with good adhesion to filter media, reduced shrinkage, and good flexibility. It has been developed for the manufacture of air filters as a pleat separator. Filter media is a suitable substrate for this product.

This coating is easily applied using brushes and forms a durable film over surfaces such as glass cloth or canvas. Importantly, it does not harm plastic foams or other adhesives, and brushes and tools can be easily cleaned with water.

Körapop 240-2K is a two-component elastic adhesive and sealant based on silane-modified polymer chemistry. Additionally, it boasts outstanding resistance to UV, weather, and aging.

H.B. Fuller MP5405 is a two-part unfilled epoxy adhesive designed for ceramics and most plastics. It cures to a tough, semi-rigid material with a free-flowing viscosity. It has good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It was especially formulated to have a 1:1 mix ratio for use in either MMD equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges for easy dispensing. Handling strength is normally achieved at room temperature within 3 - 5 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.

Ultraflex­™ 4814 is a solvent-based adhesive categorized as a one- or two-component system. It offers the benefits of a medium heat activation temperature and high green strength. This makes it suitable for sole or upper bonding in footwear applications. The adhesive exhibits a high level of green strength even at half the recommended concentration, providing reliable bonding results.
