Fuller EV Bond 343 is a medium-hardness, semi-flexible two– component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding applications requiring resilient bonds, non-sag application and enhanced adhesion to flexible substrates. EV Bond 343 is suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, natural rubber, thermosetting polymers and select types of unprepared thermoplastic substrates such as ABS, polycarbonate and nylon.

This thermal interface material cures at room temperature or is accelerated with heat and provides excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance properties.

H.B. Fuller EV Bond 420 is a high-performance, two-part acrylate adhesive engineered to bond a wide range of plastics, metals, and composite assemblies. It offers outstanding bond strength, is extremely durable, and has excellent impact and weathering properties. EV Bond 420 greatly increases the reliability of finished assemblies, its ability to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations, and its resistance to a wide range of chemicals and environmental conditions. EV Bond 420GB allows control of the adhesive gap to a diameter of 0.25mm (0.01").

H.B. Fuller EV Bond 383 is a thixotropic, toughened, two-component, ambient-curing epoxy adhesive. High impact resistance, moderate cure speeds, and good peel resistance characteristics make this system suitable for assembly or sealing of reinforced composite structures, metal bonding, or other applications where a toughened epoxy adhesive is required. This system contains dyes that fluoresce brightly with exposure to UV inspection lamps (black light).

H.B. Fuller EV Seal 200 is an MS polymer system that can be used for 1K moisture curing or a 2K accelerated cure option. Fast skin-over and green strength at room temperature. The product shows superb mechanical properties and provides unparalleled levels of sealing and resistance. Suitable for adhesion to a wide range of substrates like plastics, metals, and composite materials.

H.B. Fuller 1581 is a one-component, alcohol-cured RTV silicone sealant. A non-sag material with excellent heat resistance for use in industrial and electronics applications. 1581 has very good adhesion to a wide range of unprimed substrates. High performance with fast and excellent adhesion to glass, aluminum alloys, etc. It can be used for a variety of electronics bonding, encapsulation, and sealing applications. This material is certified by UL to pass HB flame rating testing. This material performs at temperatures ranging from -55°C to 210°C.

H.B. Fuller EV Seal 500 is a thermal plastic hot melt PSA designed for use in gasketing and sealing applications. It is especially suitable for sealing battery pack modules where accessibility and serviceability are a high priority. With the resealable nature of this material, repeated opening and closing of a battery enclosure is simple, easy, and reliable. The EV Seal 500 offers a robust solution for preventing dust and moisture intrusion into any enclosure. This material is recommended for use with steel, aluminum, and cast iron.

H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is a sprayable water-based intumescent coating designed to add a layer of protection in case of a thermal event in a battery pack. When exposed to flames, the coating will create an insulative layer that prevents direct contact of the flames to the substrate’s surface. This layer provides insulation against the flames and helps slow heat transfer through the coated substrate. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is formulated to adhere to a variety of common battery pack substrates, including steel, aluminum, e-coat, and ABS plastic. This coating can be easily applied onto battery pack components, and wet film builds of 0.030" can be applied without runs, drips, or sagging.
