H.B. Fuller PHOTOCAP® 6048 is a thermoplastic, non-EVA-based encapsulating film designed for use in thin film modules.  It has a low MVTR (moisture vapor transmission rate), a short lamination cycle, and good creep resistance with proven longevity in the field.

KALAR® 5280 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5280 is amber in color and is among the tightest cross-linked butyl rubbers of the KALAR® products. It is designed as the starting point for applications that require the maximum resistance to creep and slump. KALAR® 5280 provides the most resistance to flow at high temperatures.

KALAR® 5246 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5246 is off-white in color and is the least cross-linked butyl rubber of the KALAR® series of products, providing an excellent butyl intermediate base for general-purpose sealants and tapes. Its controlled cross-linking facilitates easily compounded sealants that can be applied with a minimum of effort.

KALAR® 5263 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5263 is amber in color and is a more tightly cross-linked butyl rubber than KALAR® 5215. It is designed as the starting point product for butyl sealants that require higher modulus and/or superior durability at elevated temperatures.

KALAR® 5275 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5275 is amber in color and is among the tightest cross-linked butyl rubbers of the KALAR® products. This product is modified with ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer to improve lower temperature toughness and higher temperature processing. It is designed as the starting point for applications that require the maximum resistance to creep and slump.
