Elvace® 40705-00 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer known for forming tough, permanently flexible polymer films. It offers excellent viscosity build with plasticizer addition, superior adhesion to packaging film and foil, and resistance to plasticizer migration and hydrolysis. Elvace® CPS-716D is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer known for tough, permanently flexible polymer films with greater hydrolysis resistance than vinyl acetate homopolymers. It features an effective defoamer, excellent workability, and filler acceptance, though with poor borax tolerance. Typical applications include use as a binder for tape joint compounds, a plaster/concrete bonding agent, and a polymer modifier for cementitious mixtures.

H.B. Fuller® PD-0309 is a vinyl acetate homopolymer adhesive designed for use in adhesives, binders, and specialty applications. It offers excellent adhesion, wet tack, and machining characteristics, making it suitable for waterborne adhesive and binder applications. While not borax stable, it improves machinability and provides high wet tack. Optimal performance depends on machine and application settings, ensuring versatility across various industrial uses.
