Rakoll® RK8490 is a water-based polyvinyl acetate adhesive with a medium-long closed assembly time. It has UL10C Fire Rating (including HPL) and WDMA (IS-1A) certifications. It is used for door lamination and cold and hot press applications in the wood and composites market.

Tuskbond S10 - 500ml Aerosol is a clear, non-staining silicone based lubricant that is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial and domestic applications. Due to the cleaning and lubricating properties of silicone, Tuskbond S10 Silicone Spray finds uses in the furniture, textiles, construction, bed manufacturing and many other industries, as well as the following:

1. On machinery and moving parts, seized locks, squeaking hinges, sticking draws, metal clothing zips, tools, cutting blades or anywhere that a fine lubricating film is required.

2. As a protective film to inhibit the build-up of dust, fluff and foreign matter on machinery and moving parts.

3. To give a protective water repelling coating to, clothing, tents, golf bags, umbrellas, fishing and camping equipment and other similar items, making them rain and shower proof.

4. Silicone Spray can be used as a general purpose polish on car interiors and door panels.

Swift®lock 2U232-3N is a reactive chemistry PUR hot melt adhesive known for its fast curing, enhancing productivity on fast lines. It has a UL10C 3-hour fire rating and is often used in steel door manufacturing in the wood and composites market.

Swift®bond 2U050 is a reactive-chemistry, one-part urethane adhesive. It adheres to a wide variety of core stocks and skins and cures to form a very strong bond resistant to heat, cold, moisture, and many solvents. It is used in modular panels that require a fire rating.

Rapidex® 4001 is a reactive-chemistry PUR hot melt adhesive that excels in various aspects. It provides excellent green strength, aggressive hot tack, and good coater stability. This adhesive is commonly utilized in door manufacturing applications within the wood and composites market. One notable advantage of Rapidex® 4001 is its forgiving viscosity profile during application, which results in reduced scrape compared to typical PUR hot melts that are not specifically formulated for EWF (edgebanding, wrapping, and facing) lamination.

Swift®tak PA116 offers several features and benefits, including good water resistance, which makes it suitable for high-speed lamination processes. The dry bond of the adhesive is sandable, allowing for smooth finishing of the laminated panels. The adhesive is designed for high-speed lamination and provides reliable water resistance. Once cured, it can be sanded for further surface treatment. Swift®tak PA116 is commonly used for paper continuous panel lamination in general panel manufacturing applications. It is particularly suitable for laminating engineered panels.

Swift®tak PA181 is a water-based synthetic resin adhesive with good water resistance. It forms a sandable dry bond and is often used in paper lamination for furniture components in the wood and composites market. Like the others, it runs fast and clean through equipment, helping to save time on maintenance.

Rapidex® 1011 is a reactive chemistry PUR hot melt adhesive known for its aggressive hot tack, high green strength, and low surface energy adhesion. It is used in cleanroom panel manufacturing and building elements in the wood and composites market.

Swift®bond 3U211 is a reactive-chemistry, one-part urethane adhesive. It bonds many substrates, including FRP, EPS, wood, and vinyl. It provides excellent adhesion and has a red color. Swift®bond 3U211 is commonly used in door manufacturing and general panel manufacturing applications.

Rapidex® HL9692LT is a reactive chemistry PUR hot melt adhesive with high green strength and high tack, specifically designed to hold down bowed skins. It has a UL10C fire rating for veneer facings and is commonly used in wood door manufacturing in the wood and composites market.

Swift®lock 2U340 is a single-component, fully reactive hot melt adhesive that cross-links through a chemical reaction with moisture found in the surrounding air and substrates, to produce a thermoset adhesive. It was specifically formulated for difficult to bond plastics, such as ABS and vinyl, to a wide variety of metals. It was designed to provide a good balance of properties. The rheology of the product gives excellent release from roll coaters and no stringing of adhesive. The open time of three minutes is sufficient for assembly of a wide variety of applications. Green strength development of greater than 50 psi in 15 seconds holds difficult substrates together after combining. Long term aging studies show excellent retention of adhesive properties.

Swift®lock 2U1091N is a reactive chemistry PUR hot melt adhesive specifically designed for garage door manufacturing within the wood and composites market. This adhesive offers a long open time and exhibits good green strength, providing manufacturers with flexibility during the assembly process. Swift®tak PA210 is a water-based synthetic resin adhesive. It is a versatile adhesive for vinyl laminating applications and can withstand temperatures of 160°F and -20°F without losing its properties. It is commonly used in general panel manufacturing and building elements.

Rapidex® 1008 is a one-component polyurethane, 100% solids, reactive hot melt adhesive. This product is designed to offer aggressive hot tack and superior green strength at elevated plant temperatures. It cures in the presence of water to form a tough, elastomeric film, with optimal adhesion achieved between 10 seconds and 4 minutes.
