H.B. Fuller's Rapidex® reactive hot melt adhesives represent a sophisticated blend of the processing benefits of a hot melt with the robust end-use performance of a polyurethane. These adhesives consistently provide high bond strength and in-use stability to help facilitate line efficiency and productivity. Specifically developed for flat lamination applications, Rapidex® solutions can be utilized across a range of application methods, such as roller, slot, extrusion, or spray. Their versatility extends to both interior and exterior usage, offering flexibility in the product assembly process. This adaptability helps cut down scrap levels, supporting efficient processing whether at 10 or 80 meters per minute.


Rapidex

Clarity® PHL 4170CZP is a hot-melt adhesive with an aggressive bond on pick-up and overlap. It creates a virtually invisible glue line and has less bleed through on labels. It is commonly used for high-performance label application on PET and carbonated beverage containers. It is more aggressive than Clarity PHL 4167CZP in container labeling.

Swift®therm 8992 is a new hot melt adhesive crafted from high-quality raw materials and advanced production processes. It is specially formulated for paper bag handle-making applications, suitable for both flat paper handles and twisted paper handles. Swift®therm 8992 ensures smooth operation on stand-alone as well as high-speed machines, making it ideal for efficient production processes.

Swift®tak 2710 is a water-based adhesive known for its long open time, good fluency, and excellent initial grip. These qualities contribute to its overall performance and machinability. This adhesive is specifically used in core applications, as well as in the production of bath tissue and paper towels.

Tailored for use in tissue and towel manufacturing, as well as personal hygiene products, it stands as a reliable solution for ensuring seamless production processes. With its robust formulation, Swift®tak 5000 guarantees exceptional adhesion and durability, contributing to the creation of high-quality end products.

Swift®tak 5000

Swift®tak 5730 is a water-based adhesive designed for paper straw manufacturing. It has been s[ecifically developed for applications where good water resistance of the final bond is required. This adhesive boasts good water resistance and wet tack, making it suitable for use in moist environments. Its short open time allows for quick and efficient production processes, while excellent machinability further increases productivity.


Swift®tak 5730

Swift®tak 5910 is a water-based adhesive known for its versatile cross-pasting performance. It exhibits strong adhesion to lacquered and treated HDPE materials and offers a clean application on a variety of application systems. It is commonly used for side seam and bottom pasting in bag and sack applications via contactless nozzle or cliche/dot application. It is also used for cross and bottom pasting, as well as side seam applications on multi-wall sacks using nozzle systems, or cliche, in the bag and sack industry.


Swift®tak 5910

Swift®therm 3055 is a hot melt adhesive with good adhesion to filter media, reduced shrinkage, and good flexibility. It has been developed for the manufacture of air filters as a pleat separator. Filter media is a suitable substrate for this product.

Swift®therm 3055

Swift®prime 4956 FL is a solvent-based adhesion promoter. It is used to pre-treat PVC, fiberglass, or aluminum window profiles prior to wrapping with Swift®lock 4780. When you manufacture window profiles that will be used in cold, moderate, or hot and humid climates, you can rely on the high-quality performance of Swift®lock 4780 and Swift®prime 4956 FL.


Swift®prime 4956 FL

Swift®bond 2139/1 + hardener 2111 are two-component polyurethane adhesives. It offers good shelf-life stability and has a fogging resistance of greater than 130°C. The adhesive provides excellent bond strength at temperatures greater than 120°C and demonstrates excellent in-lamp durability. It is designed to exhibit cohesive failure after exposure to various conditions. It also offers fast green strength.
