H.B. Fuller's Close-Sesame™ tape is an in-line application that can be integrated into at the dry end of the corrugator. By using the Sesame dispensing system, it does not require slowing down of the corrugator’s speed, and the Close-Sesame™ tape is applied continuously by roll-to-roll splicing capability. Fuller EV Therm 440 is a modified, highly engineered structural acrylic adhesive designed to provide excellent thermal conductivity while maintaining superior strength and performance properties across a wide range of temperatures and substrates. EV Therm 440 is an excellent flame retardant with a UL94 V0 rating. EV Therm 440GB allows control of the adhesive gap to a diameter of 0.25mm (0.01").

Rapidex® 1008 is a one-component polyurethane, 100% solids, reactive hot melt adhesive. This product is designed to offer aggressive hot tack and superior green strength at elevated plant temperatures. It cures in the presence of water to form a tough, elastomeric film, with optimal adhesion achieved between 10 seconds and 4 minutes.

Childers® Chil-Stix® CP-85 Adhesive is a fast-drying, rubber-based adhesive known for its rapid initial grab and permanent flexibility. It is typically applied using a brush or roller and is commonly used as a flexible blanket adhesive for insulation ducts, where it is applied to metal surfaces and the insulation is set into it.
