Compatibility Information

Due to the different composition of wood constituents, unpredictable discoloration may occur in individual cases with different types of wood. In addition, iron in combination with the tannic acid of the wood can cause color changes, especially in oak. We recommend carrying out your own tests. To avoid the risk of corrosion, we recommend using storage tanks, pipes and spreading equipment made of stainless steel or plastic (rigid PVC, polyethylene, polyester resin).

Rakoll® 4003 MB 25 should be used within the shelf life specified on the packaging. The storage stability applies to material stored under appropriate conditions only (original unopened containers, recommended storage temperature). This product should be stored unopened in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Refer to the Technical Data section of this document for optimum storage temperatures.
