Lunatack™ PHC 7590 is a hot melt general-purpose adhesive suitable for folding box and carton closure, sealing, sift proofing, and tray forming applications at low and medium application temperatures. It exhibits excellent deep freeze resistance as well as adequate heat resistance. With low viscosity and a lower processing temperature, it is easy to work with and apply.

  • This product is a general-purpose adhesive for folding box & carton closure / sealing / sift proof and tray forming, at low and medium application temperature.
  • This product is especially suitable for food packaging or packaging of deep-frozen goods.
  • It is used also in the beverage industry for straw attachment on treated or lacquered packages.
Application Instructions
  • Apply by nozzle, jetting, wheel, disk or dauber finger system
  • The low viscosity allows use of thin nozzles
  • It can be used on all common tray and packaging-equipment
  • Application temperature: 125°C - 160°C
  • Open time: short - medium
  • Set time: fast - medium
