It can be applied by gravure, Mayer rod, felt pad, and spray (air or airless).
- Application Instructions
Recommended application:
- Coat 1 to 2 mils of adhesive on the film surfaces to be combined.
- Dry using forced air until all the water has been driven off; film will still be tacky.
- Combine films using heat and/or pressure.
- Allow time for the bond to reach maximum strength before application testing or use.
Optimal performance properties can be influenced by machine and application settings. Work with OEM and local Sales Office for technical support to determine best practices on your specific equipment.
