    Usage Information
    • Processing

Surfaces should be dry, clean, and free from dust or grease. A cleaning agent such as Körasolv GL is appropriate for surface preparation. Product will fill the sealant channel and bond to glass using bulk hot melt application equipment set to the recommended application temperatures in the technical data table. It is important to ensure that sealant evenly fills the channel to a minimum depth of no less than 3/16” (~5mm) around the entire perimeter of the IGU. Ensure application temperature is maintained at the application nozzle to prevent cold joints and poor adhesion.

    • Clean Up

Körasolv GL or common solvents such as mineral spirits or acetone.

    Application Guidelines

Due to the huge variety of available substrates preliminary testing regarding adhesion and compatibility is strongly recommended.

    Clean tools immediately after use.
