Specifically developed for flat lamination applications, Rapidex® solutions can be utilized across a range of application methods, such as roller, slot, extrusion, or spray. Their versatility extends to both interior and exterior usage, offering flexibility in the product assembly process. This adaptability helps cut down scrap levels, supporting efficient processing whether at 10 or 80 meters per minute.

Hydra FAST-EN® 20073 is a water-based adhesive with a very low odor. It offers strong embossing and die-cutting performance, as well as high heat and moisture resistance. It finds applications in labels, decorative wrap, food packaging, and graphic arts in the flexible packaging industry.

Childers® Chil-Glas® #5 Glass Fiber Reinforcing Mesh is a high-strength, open-weave, pre-sized fiberglass cloth treated with resin. It is used in combination with various coatings to provide reinforcement and control the thickness of the coating. Additionally, it helps bridge gaps, joints, and crevices in insulation.

Masterfix 770 is a high-coverage, low-viscosity, one-component contact adhesive based on cross-linked synthetic rubber with special tackifiers and additives. It is specially developed to be compatible with most substrates and exhibits excellent film-forming properties, providing uniform bonding to a wide range of surfaces.

KALAR® 5275 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5275 is amber in color and is among the tightest cross-linked butyl rubbers of the KALAR® products. It is designed as the starting point for applications that require the maximum resistance to creep and slump. KALAR® 5275 provides good resistance to flow at high temperatures.


KALAR® 5275

Adecol® C-406 adhesive is a high-performance adhesive made from a polyvinyl acetate homopolymer in aqueous dispersion, modified with special additives. This adhesive is known for its excellent machinability and good fluidity, as well as its strong initial tack and final grip. It is commonly used in the side and bottom closure of boxes, and can be applied using HHS nozzle in high-speed machines.

Cilbond® 62W is a trusted and high-performance water-based one-coat friction system designed for compounds used in the Friction Industry. It is primarily used in the manufacturing of products like original equipment (OE) and after-market brake pads. It bonds to all metals commonly used in brake pad production, including Zn/Ni coatings.

It offers excellent versatility and is well-suited for applications in panel lamination and wrapping of decorative surfaces, particularly in the furniture industry.

HydroArmor® 7740 is a sprayable, latex product that is designed for use on steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and plywood. This highly fire-resistant material can be easily sprayed onto overhead and vertical surfaces to seal joints. Heavy wet film builds can be applied without causing runs, drips, or sagging at bridge seams. Because this material is filled with hollow microspheres, this coating adds little weight to vehicle bodies, even at high film builds.
