Adecol® C-406 adhesive is a high-performance adhesive made from a polyvinyl acetate homopolymer in aqueous dispersion, modified with special additives. This adhesive is known for its excellent machinability and good fluidity, as well as its strong initial tack and final grip. It is commonly used in the side and bottom closure of boxes, and can be applied using HHS nozzle in high-speed machines.

Application Instructions

Surfaces must be free of dust, grease or oil. For manual gluing, be careful to keep the brush in water after use, thus avoiding dryness and supposed lumps for the gluing area. The application must be verified for each specific case according to the following factors: Characteristics of the substrates, equipment, speed, amount of adhesive and the ambient temperature must be above 15° C.
