Foster® Vapor-Safe® Coating 30-80 is a water-based, fire-resistant, flexible, high-solids vapor retarder finish suitable for various types of thermal insulation, including polystyrene foam. It can be applied to dry concrete and finished cement surfaces. This coating is formulated for both indoor and light-duty commercial outdoor use, featuring UV resistance.
