Applications & Uses

Product Application

Apply a single coat of PC4426 to all prepared application surfaces. Allow to dry for a minimum of 1 hour prior to applying Adhesive/Coating. To maximize performance, allow a 24-hours prior to applying adhesive, while protecting the primed surface with a suitable cover sheet (e.g., polyethylene film).

Surface Preparation

All application surfaces must be clean, dry, structurally sound, and free from grease, oil, mold release agents, loose scale, etc.

  • Remove such contaminants by surface abrasion followed by an MEK solvent wash. Allow to dry thoroughly.
  • Neutralize new or otherwise highly alkaline concrete surfaces by thorough pre-washing with 5% Muriatic Acid, followed by equally thorough water flushing.
