- Bonding surfaces should be clean and free of grease for best performance.
- Mix part A and part B in the correct ratio and mix thoroughly. Once mixed, it should achieve a uniform color. It is recommended to use either mixing equipment or cartridges with static mix nozzles to properly ratio and dispense the adhesive.
- Apply adhesive on the bonding surface.
- To assure maximum bond strength, surfaces must be mated within the working time.
- Perform the bonding operation within the temperature range of 5°C–35°C. If the temperature range is exceeded, there will be a risk to the bonding strength.
