Childers® Chil-Lastic™ CP-79 Sealant and Coating is a versatile, high-temperature sealant and coating applied by trowel over various thermal insulations, except polystyrene. This asphalt-based coating creates a tough, durable, heavy film and can withstand elevated temperatures. Before putting hot lines, vessels, or tanks into operation, they should be cured at ambient temperature with proper ventilation to prevent the potential boiling out of the residual solvent.

Childers® Chil-Lastic™ CP-79 Sealant and Coating

Tonsan® 1545 is an anaerobic sealant designed for various applications. It falls under the category of ready-to-use products and serves as a solvent-free (100% solids) sealant, thread sealant, 1K (1 component) sealant, and anaerobic sealant. This versatile sealant is suitable for use in refrigerators, hydraulic applications, pneumatic applications, and various equipment. Its standout features include chemical resistance, clog elimination, easy cleaning, simple disassembly, fast curing, improved aging resistance, anti-seize properties, vibration resistance, room temperature curing, medium viscosity, easy assembly, and excellent gap-filling capabilities.

Cyberbond CB 2800 is a very fast-setting cyanoacrylate with extremely good properties for bonding rubber (especially EPDM) and plastics with each other or in combination. The aging properties of these joints are outstanding. CB 2800 is a grade with a very low viscosity that shows wicking properties. It is also known as CB 2000 W.

H.B. Fuller Core Adhesive 950 is an acrylic adhesive that is surfactant stabilized. It is a premium acrylic adhesive with excellent adhesion, improved water resistance, and excellent shear strength. It does not contain reportable formaldehyde. It is commonly used as a flexible ducting core adhesive in construction applications.

H.B. Fuller 13890 is a water-based adhesive known for its one-component, polychloroprene formulation. It is designed for contact bonding applications and offers excellent high temperature resistance, making it suitable for high pressure lamination processes. The adhesive has a high tack and long open time, allowing sufficient time for bonding. Additionally, its bond strength improves over time.

Cyberbond TT 62 is a high-viscosity threadlocker with excellent gap-filling properties. This adhesive is reactive and anaerobic in nature. It serves as a self-dispensing adhesive specifically designed for threadlocking applications in bonding technology. This product also meets the following standards: EN ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, EN ISO 13485:2016, and EN ISO 14001:2015.

Cyberbond CB 2077 is a cyanoacrylate with extremely good properties for bonding rubber (especially EPDM) and plastics with each other or in combination. The aging properties of these joints are outstanding. The high viscosity allows certain gap-filling properties. CB 2077 is a real general purpose product in this viscosity range. It is fast-bonding and has a high viscosity along with good aging properties.

Cyberbond CB AT 1735 is a two-component methyl methacrylate adhesive designed for bonding metals to various plastics and composites, including ABS, PC, PVC, PMMA, and Polyamide. This adhesive grade has a thixotropic consistency, long open time and is very flexible.
