Cilbond® 80ET is a solvent-based rubber bonding agent topcoat known for its exceptional rubber-to-metal bonding properties. It is commonly used in rubber-to-metal bonding applications, including high-performance timing belts.

Cilbond® 62W is a trusted and high-performance water-based one-coat friction system designed for compounds used in the Friction Industry. It is primarily used in the manufacturing of products like original equipment (OE) and after-market brake pads. It bonds to all metals commonly used in brake pad production, including Zn/Ni coatings.

Cilbond® 49SF is a single-component bonding agent specifically designed for hot-cure applications (more than 160°F/70°C) with castable polyurethane elastomers and injection-molded TPU systems. It features a pigmented red color and is widely recognized as the industry benchmark for high-performance urethane bonding. Cilbond® 49SF has been developed to bond effectively with various materials, including metals, polyesters, polyamides, epoxies, and fiberglass reinforced plastics. It is highly recommended by leading urethane manufacturers and offers impressive in-service heat resistance of up to 265°F/130˚C (or up to 350°F/180˚C when used in combination with the Cilcure® B additive).

Cilbond® 36 is a one-coat rubber-to-metal bonding solution specifically designed for specialty elastomers, making it ideal for demanding and high-performance applications. It offers extreme corrosion protection and a long open time. Cilbond® 36 serves as a high-performance bonding agent for VMQ (silicone) to substrate, exhibits exceptional temperature performance, and features a one-coat formulation.

Cilbond® 89ET is a versatile solvent-based adhesive designed for rubber-to-metal bonding. It serves as a one-coat solution suitable for various elastomer types, including EPDM to metal bonding. This adhesive offers a low activation temperature, making it ideal for tank lining applications. Cilbond® 33C A/B is a solvent-based bonding agent designed for bonding FKM elastomers to metal and other substrates in high-temperature applications. It offers a two-pack formulation that can be applied as a one-coat system for convenience. The adhesive provides superior temperature resistance and ensures durable and reliable bonds. Cilbond® 48 is a clear, single-component bonding agent designed for both cold and hot-cure applications (65-275°F/20-135°C) with castable polyurethane systems and injection-molded thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) systems on metal and plastic substrates. It provides exceptional corrosion resistance and offers the advantage of fast drying.
