Anaerobic Adhesives

Cyberbond CB SM 40 is an anaerobic adhesive that is specially designed for both threadlocking and sealing applications. It has a medium strength and medium viscosity formulation, making it ideal for use in hydraulic and pneumatic applications that require a reliable and durable seal, especially with fine thread.

H.B. Fuller FH7011 is a 1K acrylate anaerobic adhesive specifically designed for metal structure bonding. This adhesive is a one-part acrylic anaerobic adhesive used for bonding ferrites to electro-plated materials in electric motors. Its main uses include structure bonding and serving as an anaerobic adhesive for electric motor bonding in portable devices and electric motors.

GorillaPro® AT160 is recommended for use as an anaerobic-cure adhesive. It effectively prevents threaded fasteners from loosening due to shock or vibration. GorillaPro® AT160 also prevents rust and corrosion between fastener threads, particularly after assembly in high humidity or water contact conditions, providing protection in harsh environments. This superior formula is specifically designed for larger assemblies, up to 1 inch in size, requiring higher strength.

H.B. Fuller 90TL has low viscosity and provides high capillary action for locking and sealing threaded fasteners and close-fitting parts after assembly. Additionally, it is also used to penetrate and seal metal porosity in molds and incastings. It provides medium- to high-strength locking and is highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gasses, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals.

H.B. Fuller 154 is a high-strength anaerobic adhesive for locking and sealing thread connections and fitted parts. High viscosity and the thixotropic effect allow for larger tolerances. Highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gasses, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals. Refrigerant sealant, excellent solvent resistance, and for pipes up to 3 inches in diameter.

H.B. Fuller 62TL is a medium viscosity, red anaerobic adhesive for thread locking of large diameter studs, nuts, and bolts of all types that does not require dismantling. It is highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gasses, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals. Permanent adhesion may require heat to disassemble. It has a higher viscosity for improved coverage of larger threaded areas.

Cyberbond CB RL 67 is a high-strength, low-viscosity retainer designed for locking and sealing threaded fasteners, bearings, and bushings. Its low viscosity allows for wicking into tight spaces, and post-application is possible. It is RoHS compliant, meaning it is free from hazardous materials such as lead and mercury.

GorillaPro® AT105GEL threadlockers have been developed to enhance efficiency and reduce the frequency of machinery maintenance in your facility. These adhesives cure on active metal substrates, even in the absence of oxygen. GorillaPro® AT105GEL is specifically designed to provide durable metal-to-metal bonds that effectively withstand shock and vibration.

Cyberbond TT 62 is a high-viscosity threadlocker with excellent gap-filling properties. This adhesive is reactive and anaerobic in nature. It serves as a self-dispensing adhesive specifically designed for threadlocking applications in bonding technology. This product also meets the following standards: EN ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, EN ISO 13485:2016, and EN ISO 14001:2015.

Cyberbond CB RH 98 is a high-strength, high-viscosity, thixotropic anaerobic adhesive designed for threads and dynamic loaded cylindrical parts, such as bearings, studs, and rotors, with high temperature resistance and RoHS compliance. Anaerobics are excellent sealants for threads and flanges, they are solvent-free, one component adhesives.

H.B. Fuller 35RC is a fast-curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive. It is used for locking and sealing threads and for retaining cylindrical parts. It allows for larger machining tolerances and is highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gasses, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals.

GorillaPro® AT60GEL is recommended for use as an anaerobic cure adhesive. It effectively prevents threaded fasteners from loosening due to shock or vibration. GorillaPro® AT60GEL also prevents rust and corrosion between fastener threads, especially after assembly in high humidity or water contact conditions, providing protection in harsh environments. It is suitable for applications where disassembly with hand tools is required for servicing.

H.B. Fuller 7515 is an anaerobic adhesive with reactive chemistry. It is a purple anaerobic flange sealant that provides resistance to low pressures immediately after assembly of flanges.
