H.B. Fuller UR4515G is a two-component polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for the structural bonding of metals and plastics. H.B. Fuller EY3010 is a two-part, thixotropic epoxy compound. It is designed for use with Shur-Lok fasteners to achieve high strength and dependable bonded inserts in honeycomb panels. The handling properties of these products are similar. However, the H.B. Fuller EY3010 is designed for the lowest weight. It is available within NASA limits because it has the low volatile content required for space applications. H.B. Fuller EY3010 A/B is qualified for LAC 30-8036A.

Fiber Resins EY3804 is an epoxy resin known for its excellent performance in the composite field repair applications. It is considered a permanent solution, capable of withstanding service temperatures effectively. This epoxy resin exhibits exceptional performance in hot water immersion and offers excellent thermal properties.

Bacon Adhesives P-182 is a highly filled, high-performance epoxy adhesive. It is a reactive-chemistry epoxy that exhibits low thermal expansion and excellent dimensional stability. This adhesive meets NASA's outgassing requirements and is non-magnetic. H.B. Fuller EY2562 is designed to fill the need for a strong, pourable, and lightweight filler for honeycomb core panels. It can be used to pot fasteners or as an edge closeout after the panel is trimmed to contour. It is fire retardant, resistant to long exposure to 350°F, and cures at room temperature in thicknesses in excess of one inch.

Royal Sealants WS-8070 Class B is a filet-grade polysulfide sealant that is meticulously crafted for corrosion inhibition. It is primarily employed in corrosion-inhibitive sealing applications within the military and defense sectors. This sealant offers reliable protection and is specially designed to meet the stringent requirements of these industries.

Cilbond® 12E is a solvent-based primer with high-temperature resistance. It provides excellent corrosion resistance and substrate protection. It is used in conjunction with CILBOND 80ET as a high-performance primer for rubber-to-metal bonding. Cilbond® 80ET is a solvent-based rubber bonding agent topcoat known for its exceptional rubber-to-metal bonding properties. It is commonly used in rubber-to-metal bonding applications, including high-performance timing belts.

Bacon Adhesives Thermally Conductive 442 is a thermally conductive polyurethane adhesive with low outgassing properties. It is specifically designed for bonding glass diodes or other stress-sensitive components. This adhesive offers excellent electrical properties and high flexibility. It is well-suited for circuit board assembly and protection in space exploration applications.

H.B. Fuller EY2536 is a very lightweight, easily spread epoxy compound for edge filling sandwich panels used in aircraft interiors. It wipes in cleanly and can be sanded smooth after an overnight cure at room temperature. H.B. Fuller EY2536 is self-extinguishing when tested per FAR 25.853, Appendix F.

Bacon Adhesives LCA-4 is a reactive-chemistry epoxy adhesive that meets NASA's outgassing requirements. It is known as "gyro-grade" and offers excellent chemical resistance, good dimensional stability, and a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
