H.B. Fuller FH1270 is a two-part polyurethane (PU) adhesive known for its high solids content and thermosetting properties. It is a non-toxic film used primarily as an insulating compound to coat printed circuit assemblies. This PU adhesive is designed to provide protection against moisture, mold, dust, corrosion, and other extreme environmental stresses. H.B. Fuller EH9650 is a fast-setting reactive hot melt adhesive and sealant. It is a 100% solid, one-component material that cures in the presence of moisture. The material is applied warm and sets immediately, allowing handling without the need for heat curing. H.B. Fuller EH9650 has optimum adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including glass, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic-coated wires, common engineered plastics (ABS, PET, PP, vinyl), and woven fabrics, without the need for primers.

H.B. Fuller FH6501 is a one-part epoxy adhesive specifically designed for potting and bonding electronic components. It is a heat-curable epoxy that offers excellent thermal conductivity. This product is commonly used in applications requiring thermally conductive properties, such as in electric motors.

H.B. Fuller EV Bond 343 is a medium-hardness, semi-flexible two– component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding applications requiring resilient bonds, non-sag application and enhanced adhesion to flexible substrates. EV Bond 343 is suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, natural rubber, thermosetting polymers and select types of unprepared thermoplastic substrates such as ABS, polycarbonate and nylon.

Fuller EV Protect 4006 is a liquid-applied, two-component, flame-retardant, low-density polyurethane foam material designed for the potting and encapsulation of battery cells in EV battery modules. EV Protect 4006 SFR offers battery design engineers the ability to increase the power density of their modules while enhancing safety and protection from thermal propagation. The ultra lightweight nature of the EV Protect 4006 SFR minimizes the weight impact to the battery modules. The semi-structural properties of the material also provide noise, vibration, and harshness benefits to the battery system by unitizing the battery module and absorbing external environmental impacts.

H.B. Fuller FH1425 is a two-part epoxy adhesive specifically formulated for encapsulating and protecting electronics in challenging environments. Its primary use is for the protection of electronics, including electric motors, where a highly flexible epoxy resin system is required.

H.B. Fuller FH6522 is a one-part epoxy adhesive that is specifically designed for bonding magnets in electric motors. H.B. Fuller 1581 is a one-component, alcohol-cured RTV silicone sealant. A non-sag material with excellent heat resistance for use in industrial and electronics applications. 1581 has very good adhesion to a wide range of unprimed substrates. High performance with fast and excellent adhesion to glass, aluminum alloys, etc. It can be used for a variety of electronics bonding, encapsulation, and sealing applications. This material is certified by UL to pass HB flame rating testing. This material performs at temperatures ranging from -55°C to 210°C.

H.B. Fuller FH8732B is a one-part epoxy adhesive that serves as a heat curable potting material. It offers good flow and is effective at filling gaps at room temperature. This epoxy is primarily used as an excellent heat cure encapsulant with low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTA) in electronics applications, specifically for electric motors.
