H.B. Fuller's Rapidex® reactive hot melt adhesives represent a sophisticated blend of the processing benefits of a hot melt with the robust end-use performance of a polyurethane. These adhesives consistently provide high bond strength and in-use stability to help facilitate line efficiency and productivity. Specifically developed for flat lamination applications, Rapidex® solutions can be utilized across a range of application methods, such as roller, slot, extrusion, or spray. These solutions enable product longevity, weight reduction, aesthetic enhancement, reliable mounting solutions, stress point elimination, and superior load-bearing capacity.
Our extensive product portfolio includes a broad range of adhesives suitable for diverse substrates, including adhesively bonded fasteners. Key offerings include wire tie mounts, hose and cable clamps, studs, standoffs, and floating nut plates - all mountable with our unique, no-slide acrylic adhesives for a high-strength, permanent bond. Our fastener selection can be securely bonded to almost any substrate, even on vertical or overhead surfaces. Our specialized adhesives are designed for high strength and viscosity, ensuring incredible tensile and shear strength. We also offer comprehensive Weld Mount System kits. Isolene, with its impurity-free labelling claims, stands as a versatile solution for a range of applications. Within CASE ingredients, it functions seamlessly as a binder and resin, while in plastics and elastomers, it serves as both an extender and processing aid. Offering its adaptability, isolene finds utility in fluids and lubricants, tooling and mold making, potting compounds, as well as tapes and labels. With compatibility extending to polymers like styrene and isoprene styrene (SIS), isolene proves its reliability across diverse industries.

Tonsan STP1921 is a high quality, neutral, elastic single component adhesive/sealant based on Silane-terminated Polymer, which cures by reaction with moisture to an elastic product. The skin formation and curing time are dependent on humidity and temperature, and the curing time also depends on joint depth. By increasing the temperature and moisture these time can be reduced; low temperature as well as low moisture retard the process. STP 1921 is a good compromise between an adhesive and a sealant based on Silane-terminated Polymer. STP 1921 is suitable for elastic seal which also high strength is required. STP 1921 is odourless and free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC. It demonstrates good adhesion without primer to many substrates and is compatible with suitable paint systems. The sealant also demonstrates good UV resistance and therefore can be used for interior and exterior applications.

ISOLENE® 40-S is a low-molecular-weight liquid polymer derived from synthetic polyisoprene rubber. It offers the performance of natural rubber with the added benefit of a lighter color and none of the natural impurities inherent in natural rubber products. ISOLENE® 40-S is a lower viscosity liquid than the other ISOLENE® liquid rubber products. It is a translucent, honey-colored liquid in bulk form and virtually clear in a thin film.

Tonsan TS828 is a 10:1 ratio two-component methacrylate structural bonding adhesive. It is suitable for bonding various materials including metals and composite materials. The adhesive has fast curing speed, high strength after curing. Fixture time is 8~10mins under room temperature.

H.B. Fuller GI9633 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of metals, plastic, and composite materials without surface preparation. Combined at a 1:1 ratio, it has a working time of 20 to 40 minutes and achieves approximately 50% of ultimate strength in 3 hours at 23°C. This product has designed for use on large structures where a moderate open time is needed. In addition, this product provides a unique combination of excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and super toughness.

H.B. Fuller GI9633

Ipacoll™ LP 2718 is a water-based dispersion adhesive with a high initial tack and good adhesion to difficult surfaces. It provides excellent adhesion on hard-to-bond surfaces and good machinability. This adhesive is designed for laminating cardboard to paper or to films such as PVC, OPP, POF, and treated PP and PE films.

H.B. Fuller® PA-3501-B is a water-based adhesive used for lamination, tissue, and towel applications. It provides high-performance bonding for containers, wrap-around applications, and other packaging needs. This adhesive offers clean machining and is ideal for general-purpose use in the packaging industry.

H.B. Fuller® NW-1023-AAZP is a hot-melt adhesive used for lamination applications with substrates such as non-woven fabrics and polyethylene (PE). Known for its robust bonding performance and excellent spray performance, this adhesive ensures strong and consistent bonding in industrial processes. Ideal for packaging and other applications requiring high-performance adhesives, NW-1023-AAZP offers reliability and high-quality results.

H.B. Fuller 1527 White, also called 1527SWT, is a white, UL-certified, one-component RTV silicone with super resistance to weathering and ultra violet (UV). This material has very good adhesion without the need for primers to a wide range of substrates. It can be used for a variety of interior and exterior bonding and sealing applications. 1527 White is formulated to perform at temperatures ranging from -54°C to 210°C.

Tonsan® 1521 White is a two-component adhesive that can cure quickly at room temperature, providing excellent sealing and bonding. This material is recommended for potting electronic components, particularly junction boxes on PV modules. It has good thermal conductivity and flame retardancy.
