Foster® Asbestos Removal Encapsulant 32-61™ is a water-based polymeric coating that offers an effective solution for dealing with various types of asbestos, including AMOSITE and CROCIDOLITE. This coating rapidly and thoroughly penetrates the asbestos-containing material (ACM), ensuring it becomes fully saturated. Foster® Monolar® Mastic 60-90 is a durable and flexible elastomeric finish specially formulated to protect outdoor thermal insulation. This coating contains chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber. It can be applied to dry concrete and finished cement surfaces. This coating is formulated for both indoor and light-duty commercial outdoor use, featuring UV resistance. It has a mild, latex "paint-type" odor and is intended for use over insulation on pipes, vessels, ducts, and equipment operating at cryogenic to ambient temperatures.

Foster® 40-30™ Fungicidal Protective Coating is a low-odor, fast-setting, water-based surfacing material specifically crafted for field or shop application to faced or unfaced fiberglass duct liner, fiberglass duct board insulation, or galvanized surfaces. This formulation is highly effective at preventing the growth of mold and odor-causing bacteria on its surface for an extended period of time.

Childers® Chil-Lastic™ CP-79 Sealant and Coating is a versatile, high-temperature sealant and coating applied by trowel over various thermal insulations, except polystyrene. This asphalt-based coating creates a tough, durable, heavy film and can withstand elevated temperatures. Before putting hot lines, vessels, or tanks into operation, they should be cured at ambient temperature with proper ventilation to prevent the potential boiling out of the residual solvent.

Childers® Chil-Brate™ CP-25 is a water-based, fire-retardant, fibrated, asphalt-emulsion, weather barrier coating designed for applications over insulations on above-ground installations that operate under moderate to high-temperature conditions. This coating is "breathing," allowing vapors under pressure to pass through it. Once dry, the film becomes tough and durable, offering protection against atmospheric corrosives, chemical liquids, and fumes.

Childers® Chil-Perm® CP-30 Low Odor Vapor Retarder Coating is a highly effective coating designed for low-temperature applications. Foster® Eclipse™ Coating 40-11 is a low-odor, fast-setting, water-based surfacing material designed for field or shop application to faced or unfaced fiberglass duct liner or fiberglass duct board insulation. Its low viscosity enables application with a wide range of spray equipment available in the market.

Foster® Sheer Defence™ Mold Resistant Clear Sealer (40-51) is a versatile product suitable for various surfaces. It provides a hard, mar-resistant finish that reduces dirt pickup and effectively seals water-damaged surfaces. This sealer exhibits excellent water resistance without developing haze once fully cured. It can be used over a variety of surfaces, including bare wood, painted surfaces, wallboards, masonry, brick, tile, grout, and metal.

It can be applied to dry concrete and finished cement surfaces.
