Foster® Asbestos Removal Encapsulant 32-61™ is a water-based polymeric coating that offers an effective solution for dealing with various types of asbestos, including AMOSITE and CROCIDOLITE. This coating rapidly and thoroughly penetrates the asbestos-containing material (ACM), ensuring it becomes fully saturated. As it permeates the ACM, it adheres to individual fibers, locking them together and significantly reducing the likelihood of loose fibers becoming airborne during the removal process.

Childers® Chil-Byl® CP-76 Sealant is a well-balanced mixture of butyl polymers tailored for long-lasting flexibility in various insulation applications, including low-temperature, dual-temperature, and high-temperature settings. It is an excellent water seal, vapor seal, and expansion joint material and is suggested as a joint sealant for metal jacketing systems.

GorillaPro® CA100 is a single-component, low- to medium-viscosity instant adhesive. It is ideal for general-purpose applications on metals, rubbers, or plastics. It is recommended for use as a cyanoacrylate adhesive. Additionally, it has been tested to ISO 10993-5 standards, ensuring its suitability for use in medical device applications.

Foster® 40-30™ Fungicidal Protective Coating is a low-odor, fast-setting, water-based surfacing material specifically crafted for field or shop application to faced or unfaced fiberglass duct liner, fiberglass duct board insulation, or galvanized surfaces. This formulation is highly effective at preventing the growth of mold and odor-causing bacteria on its surface for an extended period of time.

Advantra® PHC-9256 is a hot melt adhesive suitable for use on various types of carton stock, including virgin and recycled corrugated material. It is a fast-setting adhesive and can be used for general-purpose case and carton packaging applications. It it is applied at 350°F.

Foster® Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 85-50 is a quick-drying water-based adhesive with strong initial adhesive strength. It is ideal for bonding various insulation materials to metal or other construction surfaces, providing immediate adhesion. This adhesive can be used as a one-way wet or dry bond or as a two-way contact cement. It is also compatible with polystyrene foam insulation.

It also provides protection to various building materials, including unfinished wood, drywall, oriented strand board, metal, masonry, and more, safeguarding them from fungal growth.

Foster® S.M. Adhesive 81-10™ is a cost-effective and fast-setting synthetic elastomer adhesive designed for use with fibrous glass insulation, particularly suitable for insulation with a density of up to 3 lbs. per cubic foot. This adhesive is primarily used for bonding duct wrap and acoustical linings in air-handling ducts, offering an efficient and reliable solution for insulation applications.

Foster® Interior Defense™ Mold Resistant Coating (40-50) is specially formulated with select EPA-registered antimicrobial agents, ensuring long-term protection against odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew growth on its surface. This coating is ideal for use in various spaces, including attic spaces, wall cavities, crawl spaces, and floor joists, especially in areas where mold remediation has taken place. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial, commercial, residential, hospital, and school settings.

Childers® CHIL-SEAL® CP-50A HV2 Coating is a high-viscosity, white coating known for its heavy, cream-like consistency. It doubles as an excellent adhesive and is easily applied with brushes. Despite its ease of application, it forms a durable film, even on surfaces like glass cloth or canvas. This water-based material is safe to use, as it does not damage plastic foams or other adhesives, and cleaning brushes and tools is a simple process with water.

Foster® Flextra® Sealant 95-50 is a single-component sealant primarily composed of butyl rubber. It serves as a vapor barrier sealant, typically applied in the joints of various insulation materials, including cellular glass, polyisocyanurate (PIR), urethane, and phenolic foam board stock insulations. This sealant maintains its soft and flexible properties, safeguarding insulation from damage caused by thermal cycling across a wide temperature range.

Foster® C.I. Wrap™ 30 Vapor Retarder Sheet Membrane is a flexible vapor retarder sheet membrane. It is constructed using synthetic rubber-modified asphalt laminated to a durable polymer film, featuring a treated peel-and-stick release liner for easy application. C.I. Wrap™ 30 offers the advantages of controlled film thickness, efficient and labor-saving application, elastomeric properties that accommodate insulation system expansion and contraction, self-healing capabilities, and a strong bond to both the substrate and sheet overlaps.

TEC® Feather Edge Skim Coat TA-330 is a premium cement-based compound expertly designed to effortlessly smooth and level irregularities, ranging from featheredge up to 1/2" (12 mm). Childers® Chil-Lag® CP-52 Lagging Adhesive / Coating is a white, water-based formula designed for easy and smooth brushing. It effectively bonds and forms a durable film when used with glass or canvas lagging cloth. When applied over insulation, it acts as a protective coating and helps prevent the release of fibers from bare fibrous insulation.
