Foster® Chil-Lock CP-240 Asbestos Removal Agent/Post Removal Sealer is an economical, fire-retardant, polymeric water-based asbestos removal agent and post-removal sealer. It is easy to formulate and clean, with shear-stable viscosity and good mechanical stability. H.B. Fuller® CPS-106 is a hydroxyethyl cellulose-stabilized polyvinyl acetate homopolymer, externally plasticized for improved binder efficiency. It offers excellent low-temperature performance, superior workability, and borax stability, making it ideal for ready-mixed joint compounds and tape-joint cement compounds. It is compatible with paper and paperboard substrates, providing excellent filler and pigment acceptance. This product is widely used in industrial applications, particularly in processing aids for paper and paperboard.
