Foster® Insulfas™ 31-31 Coating is a durable, light-colored coating designed for indoor applications on thermal insulation. It is also used to cement laps of canvas or glass-lagging cloth. This coating offers protection for insulation on air conditioning ducts and cold water piping. Millennium Hurricane Force® 1-Part Membrane Adhesive is a highly elastomeric, one-part asphalt-modified urethane adhesive that is solvent-free and does not require mixing. The VOC content of the adhesive is less than 250 g/L. Millennium Hurricane Force® 1-Part Flashing Adhesive is approved for use in VOC regulated markets such as California and the OTC States.

It also offers defense against mechanical damage caused by external forces like impact and abrasion as well as internal forces such as thermal expansion, contraction, or vibration when used in conjunction with a reinforcing membrane. This product can additionally safeguard insulation from chemical attacks by acids, alkalis, and solvents. This coating is fire-resistant and UV-stable.

Foster® Asbestos Removal Encapsulant 32-61™ is a water-based polymeric coating that offers an effective solution for dealing with various types of asbestos, including AMOSITE and CROCIDOLITE. This coating rapidly and thoroughly penetrates the asbestos-containing material (ACM), ensuring it becomes fully saturated. As it permeates the ACM, it adheres to individual fibers, locking them together and significantly reducing the likelihood of loose fibers becoming airborne during the removal process.
