Importantly, it does not harm plastic foams or other adhesives, and brushes and tools can be easily cleaned with water.

Foster® Air-Tight™ FDS-181 Duct Sealant is a fire-resistant, fibrate, water-based sealant designed for use on indoor or outdoor low, medium, and high-velocity heating and air conditioning ducts. Foster® Bridging Encapsulant 32-32 is a single-component, water-based elastomeric product with pigmentation. Foster® Chil-Bridge™ CP-211 is a polymeric, water-based coating designed for the protection and isolation of asbestos-containing materials (ACM). This adhesive is composed of a synthetic elastomer emulsion, and it is non-flammable when in its wet state.

Foster® Weatherite™ Mastic 46-50 is a fibrated, water-based breather mastic with a smooth, thixotropic consistency for easy application. It boasts a bright white color, is non-flammable when wet, and emits a mild odor during use. This mastic exhibits excellent brush, trowel, and spray properties.
