H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is a sprayable water-based intumescent coating designed to add a layer of protection in case of a thermal event in a battery pack. When exposed to flames, the coating will create an insulative layer that prevents direct contact of the flames to the substrate’s surface. This layer provides insulation against the flames and helps slow heat transfer through the coated substrate. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is formulated to adhere to a variety of common battery pack substrates, including steel, aluminum, e-coat, and ABS plastic. This coating can be easily applied onto battery pack components, and wet film builds of 0.030" can be applied without runs, drips, or sagging.

Foster® Chil-Lock CP-240 Asbestos Removal Agent/Post Removal Sealer is an economical, fire-retardant, polymeric water-based asbestos removal agent and post-removal sealer. Foster® Sheer Defence™ Mold Resistant Clear Sealer (40-51) is a versatile product suitable for various surfaces. It provides a hard, mar-resistant finish that reduces dirt pickup and effectively seals water-damaged surfaces. This sealer exhibits excellent water resistance without developing haze once fully cured. It can be used over a variety of surfaces, including bare wood, painted surfaces, wallboards, masonry, brick, tile, grout, and metal.

Childers® CP-137 Protective Coating is an interior-grade, water-based adhesive and coating characterized by its dense, cream-like texture. Because it is water-based, it is safe to use and will not harm plastic foams or other adhesives.
