LA7337BLK is a two-component, room-temperature adhesive system specifically designed for installing cured or uncured rubber materials to themselves or onto primed steel surfaces. When used with our PC4426BKMOD, it creates strong bonds to various rubber compounds and metals. Typical applications include abrasive slurry pipe linings, conveyor belts, impact-resistant bonding, tank liners, and many other applications.

Cilbond® 36 is a one-coat rubber-to-metal bonding solution specifically designed for specialty elastomers, making it ideal for demanding and high-performance applications. It offers extreme corrosion protection and a long open time. Cilbond® 36 serves as a high-performance bonding agent for VMQ (silicone) to substrate, exhibits exceptional temperature performance, and features a one-coat formulation.

Cilbond® 48 is a clear, single-component bonding agent designed for both cold and hot-cure applications (65-275°F/20-135°C) with castable polyurethane systems and injection-molded thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) systems on metal and plastic substrates. It provides exceptional corrosion resistance and offers the advantage of fast drying. Cilbond® 48 can be used without the need for a pre-bake process and has been specifically developed for use in dynamic conditions where hydrolytic stability is crucial.

Cilbond® 49SF is a single-component bonding agent specifically designed for hot-cure applications (more than 160°F/70°C) with castable polyurethane elastomers and injection-molded TPU systems. It features a pigmented red color and is widely recognized as the industry benchmark for high-performance urethane bonding. Cilbond® 49SF has been developed to bond effectively with various materials, including metals, polyesters, polyamides, epoxies, and fiberglass reinforced plastics. It is highly recommended by leading urethane manufacturers and offers impressive in-service heat resistance of up to 265°F/130˚C (or up to 350°F/180˚C when used in combination with the Cilcure® B additive).

Cilbond® 24 is a one-coat rubber-to-metal adhesive designed for general-purpose elastomers. It provides superior performance compared to standard primer and topcoat solutions.
