H.B. Fuller's Close-Sesame™ tape is an in-line application that can be integrated into at the dry end of the corrugator. By using the Sesame dispensing system, it does not require slowing down of the corrugator’s speed, and the Close-Sesame™ tape is applied continuously by roll-to-roll splicing capability. KALENE® 800 is a low-molecular-weight liquid polymer derived by the depolymerization of butyl rubber. It vulcanizes at either ambient or elevated temperatures with the standard curatives for butyl rubber. KALENE® 800 is light gray and contains no solvents or additives. KALENE® 800 has the lower viscosity of the two KALENE® grades available and is the preferred liquid butyl rubber for coating applications. KALENE® 800 provides gas impermeability, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, good electrical properties, and excellent vibration/sound damping qualities.


KALENE® 800

Swift®tak 48005 is a medium-viscosity laminating adhesive with excellent flow properties and fast wet tack, making it ideal for use with high-speed equipment. This adhesive is particularly effective for edge-wrapping applications on many substrates. Very effective for edge-wrapping applications on gypsum pane.

Swift®tak 5580 is a water-based dispersion adhesive that is phthalates and benzoates free, making it a safe choice for use in manufacturing processes. It boasts high initial tack and very good processing properties, making it suitable for high-speed applications. The adhesive also contains a green fluorescent UV detection agent, simplifying quality control. It is recommended for nozzle application in folding boxes.

Swift®therm 3H049B is a lidding adhesive specifically designed for PET, foil, and PP paper surfaces. It is a hot melt adhesive suitable for dairy lidding applications and approved for direct food contact. This adhesive is commonly used in flexible packaging.

Swift®tak 4400 is a high-performance, water-based adhesive that offers excellent performance. It can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1 for use on recycled paper and 1:3 for use on cellulose. This adhesive is commonly used for tail tie applications in the bath tissue and paper towel industry.

Childers® CP-129 Adhesive is a high-performance adhesive formulated for duct liner and insulation applications. It is known for its aggressive and fast-tacking properties, making it ideal for use with brush or air-atomized spray equipment. When applied via spray, it creates a spatter or web-like pattern, enabling an efficient and high coverage rate during application.

Childers® CP-129 Adhesive

KALAR® 5277 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5277 is amber in color and is among the tightest cross-linked butyl rubbers of the KALAR® products. It is designed as the starting point for applications that require the maximum resistance to creep and slump.

Swift®tak 5917 is a water-based adhesive known for its ideal performance in bonding paper to HDPE in combination sacks. It offers a good balance of wet tack and medium open time and provides a clean application on contactless nozzle applicators. It is commonly used for a variety of applications in combination sacks via contactless nozzle systems in the bag and sack industry.

Swift®tak 1300 is a water-based adhesive known for its clean runability and excellent viscosity stability during use. It is specifically designed for window applications using polystyrene film and crystal paper in the paper converting market. As with the other adhesives, it runs fast and clean through equipment, minimizing downtime.
