H.B. Fuller's Close-Sesame™ tape is an in-line application that can be integrated into at the dry end of the corrugator. By using the Sesame dispensing system, it does not require slowing down of the corrugator’s speed, and the Close-Sesame™ tape is applied continuously by roll-to-roll splicing capability. It is flexible, conformable, and easy to use, providing a reliable sealing solution for various applications that require durable and adaptable bonding.

Clean Melt® PHC 7250 is a fast-setting hot melt adhesive that falls into the "mid-range" category. It is characterized by its very light color and extremely low odor. With a broad service temperature range, this adhesive offers versatile performance. It exhibits excellent heat stability, virtually eliminating char formation, and demonstrates impressive machining properties with minimal stringing and tailing. Clean Melt® PHC 7250 excels in adhesion, particularly with recycled and challenging boards. However, it is important to note that while the adhesive itself will not char, any foreign matter introduced into the pot, such as cardboard fibers or dust, could potentially cause charring. Therefore, maintaining good housekeeping practices is crucial to achieve optimal performance from this product.

Clean Melt® PHC 7250

HS Butyl 2239 is an extruded butyl tape designed for a variety of sealing applications, including compression joints and seams, vehicle construction, membranes, and ridge tiles. It offers excellent adhesion to multiple substrates and is conformable for easy application. This ready-to-use tape also provides good UV resistance, making it suitable for outdoor and exposed environments.

H.B. Fuller® NW-1043-TFZP is a pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for use in sanitary napkins, non-woven backsheets, and release films. With high shear strength and high peel values, this adhesive ensures strong, reliable bonding in critical applications. Its light color and low viscosity make it easy to handle and apply in industrial processes.

H.B. Fuller® NW-1043-TFZP

ElastiSeal® 6098 is a non-flowing sealant that is designed to waterproof and prevent corrosion in spot weld assemblies. This sealant permits welding with conventional spot welders. It prevents moisture and oxygen from entering the joint and provides corrosion protection to the area that cannot be coated with primer. The sealant disappears from the area of the weld but retains a tight seal around the weld spot. The weld strengths are unchanged by the use of ElastiSeal® 6098.

It is known for its excellent strength, heat resistance, and high hot tack, making it a reliable option for binding paper stocks. H.B. Fuller® HP-1117

ISOLENE® 400-S is a low-molecular-weight liquid polymer derived from synthetic polyisoprene rubber. It offers the performance and processing characteristics of natural rubber with the added benefit of a lighter color and none of the natural impurities inherent in natural rubber products. ISOLENE® 400-S is a high-viscosity liquid at room temperature. It is a translucent, honey-colored liquid in bulk form and virtually clear in a thin film.
