H.B. Fuller's Rapidex® reactive hot melt adhesives represent a sophisticated blend of the processing benefits of a hot melt with the robust end-use performance of a polyurethane. These adhesives consistently provide high bond strength and in-use stability to help facilitate line efficiency and productivity. Specifically developed for flat lamination applications, Rapidex® solutions can be utilized across a range of application methods, such as roller, slot, extrusion, or spray. Their versatility extends to both interior and exterior usage, offering flexibility in the product assembly process. This adaptability helps cut down scrap levels, supporting efficient processing whether at 10 or 80 meters per minute.

KALAR® 5275 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5275 is amber in color and is among the tightest cross-linked butyl rubbers of the KALAR® products. It is designed as the starting point for applications that require the maximum resistance to creep and slump. KALAR® 5275 provides good resistance to flow at high temperatures.

BAMFutura® 45 is a hotmelt adhesive based on special polyolefin-type polymers (also called metallocenes) which is applied hot. The adhesive is applied in a molten, liquid state and promotes almost immediate adhesion after cooling. The BAMFutura 45 is a fast-setting, highly heat-resistant adhesive specially developed for closing boxes in medium-high speed automatic machines and for closing boxes of vegetables and fruit. Due to its excellent thermal stability, it can be used at high application temperatures without loss of adhesive properties, without carbonization and with fewer machine stops for maintenance.

MP-55320 is a high-performance, two-part methacrylate adhesive engineered to bond a wide range of plastics, metals, and composite assemblies. It offers outstanding bond strength, is extremely durable, and has excellent impact and weathering properties. H.B. Fuller MP55320 greatly increases the reliability of finished assemblies with its exceptional flexibility, ability to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations and thermal cycling, and resistance to a wide range of chemicals and environmental conditions.

KALENE® 1300 is a low-molecular-weight liquid polymer derived by the depolymerization of butyl rubber. It vulcanizes at either ambient or elevated temperatures with the standard curatives for butyl rubber. KALENE® 1300 is light gray and contains no solvents or additives. KALENE® 1300 has the higher viscosity of the two KALENE® grades available and is the ideal choice for applications requiring the maximum retention of physical properties at the expense of a maximum reduction in viscosity. KALENE® 1300 is the preferred liquid butyl rubber for adhesive applications and a reactive additive to ordinary butyl rubber. KALENE® 1300 provides gas impermeability, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, good electrical properties, and excellent vibration and sound damping qualities.

Swift®tak TC-2001 is a waterborne adhesive with fast setting and long open time. It features excellent machinability and wet tack, making it suitable for use in tissue core winding and towel core winding applications. Swift®tak TC-2001 works well with kraft paper and is ideal for use in personal hygiene products.

Ful-Dri™ WB 1798 is a water-based emulsion specifically designed as a fast-drying spine primer for perfect binding applications. It offers excellent adhesion to single sheets and allows for easy conformability around the spine. It is commonly used in the graphic arts and bookbinding industries in combination with a hot-melt top coat.
