Before putting hot lines, vessels, or tanks into operation, they should be cured at ambient temperature with proper ventilation to prevent the potential boiling out of the residual solvent.

Earthic™ 4001 is a hot-melt, pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is specifically designed for all beverage types in reusable or recyclable PET bottles, with a particular focus on carbonated soft drinks and fast production lines to maximize efficiency. This adhesive offers excellent wash-off performance and has been certified by PETCYCLE, RETURPACK, and Veolia for improved rPET (recycled PET) quality.
