Weld Mount AT-8040 is a 1:1, meter-mix methacrylate-based structural adhesive. Engineered to bond a variety of materials including thermoplastics, thermosets, composites, and metals, this adhesive shines in versatility. Count on its remarkable adhesion to various metal surfaces like aluminum, galvanized, stainless, and plated steels. Surpassing the strength of PVC, ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate, fiberglass, and many other composites and engineering plastics, it forms robust, high-strength bonds with no surface preparation needed. With a quick 3-4 minute open time, you can expect swift fixture. This non-sag, high-viscosity adhesive, enriched with a special filler, secures anchoring studs and clips to walls and ceilings. Reach for AT-8040 for dependable low-temperature impact and peel strength. This formula is compliant with Reach regulations and is acid-free, ensuring reliability and quality.

Cyberbond CB 2011 is a cyanoacrylate with extremely good properties for bonding rubber (especially EPDM) and plastics with each other or in combination. The aging properties of these joints are outstanding. The medium viscosity of CB 2011 is considered favorable for manual applications.

H.B. Fuller EG3361W is a water-based adhesive known for its clean machining properties and its ability to stick to a variety of film types. It works on all machine types and is commonly used as an envelope window patch gum in the envelope industry.

FLX 570 adhesive is a premium, two-component, solvent free, polyurethane adhesive. It is moisture and weather resistant. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is suitable for various rubber and wooden flooring applications. The two-part FLX 570 consists of part A which is a thixotropic paste, and part B, which is a cross-linking hardener. When the two parts are mixed, a uniform cream-colored paste is obtained, which is easy to apply using a brush or roller.

Swift®tak 5910 is a water-based adhesive known for its versatile cross-pasting performance. It exhibits strong adhesion to lacquered and treated HDPE materials and offers a clean application on a variety of application systems. It is commonly used for side seam and bottom pasting in bag and sack applications via contactless nozzle or cliche/dot application. It is also used for cross and bottom pasting, as well as side seam applications on multi-wall sacks using nozzle systems, or cliche, in the bag and sack industry.

This adhesive is suitable for bonding metals and ceramics quickly and with minimal surface preparation, making it an ideal choice for electric vehicle applications.
