TEC® Ultimate 6 Plus Mortar (487) is a high performance, polymer-modified, full-contact (full coverage) mortar designed for the installation of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile. Unlike other mortars, Ultimate 6 Plus has a unique combination of features that allow grouting in 6 hours while providing extended open time. It is ideal for all gaged porcelain tile panels and slabs and large heavy tile (LHT) installations. Ultimate 6 Plus significantly reduces the need for back buttering and has exceptional non-sag / non-slump characteristics for wall and floor applications.

TEC® LiquiDam® EZ TA-214 is a one-part, highly engineered polymeric emulsion moisture mitigation formula. It is colored blue for visual assurance during application and requires two coats to fully seal the substrate. It dries quickly in as little as 3–4 hours and does not require a primer before applying TEC surface preparation products. TEC® LiquiDam® EZ TA-214 serves as a moisture vapor barrier for installing floor coverings, tiles, and stones.

ProSpec® High Strength Precision Grout is a ready-to-use, flowable precision grout that is specially formulated for high strength applications. It combines high fluidity with excellent working time and early strength build, ensuring quick job start-ups and reducing costs. Moreover, it can be pumped into areas that are inaccessible by conventional grouting methods.

It is suitable for use over various types of thermal insulation materials, including cellular glass, polyurethane, polyisocyanurate, polystyrene, rigid fiberglass, and others, enhancing the insulation's performance and protection against moisture and vapor ingress.

TEC® Ready-To-Use Grout (647) is a premixed grout that delivers durable, stain-resistant grout joints. TEC® Ready-To-Use Grout is for residential use in intermittently wet as well as dry areas. It can also be used to grout over existing premixed or cementitious grout installations. TEC® Ready-To-Use Grout is formulated with very fine particles of sand and may be used in grout joints as small as 1⁄16" (1.6 mm). Foster® Vapor-Fas™ Vapor Barrier Jacketing 62-05 is a versatile vapor barrier jacketing material specially crafted for applications on commercial ductwork, piping, and equipment insulation.
