Childers® Chil-Seal® CP-137 Anti-Fungal Protective Coating is a white, fire-resistive coating with excellent adhesive properties. This coating is easily applied using brushes and forms a durable film over surfaces such as glass cloth or canvas. Importantly, it does not harm plastic foams or other adhesives, and brushes and tools can be easily cleaned with water.

Foster® Protektor® Sealant 32-21 is a single-component acrylic copolymer coating used for abating asbestos fiber fallout through the retention method. This sealant penetrates asbestos-containing materials deeply, drying to establish a firm, lightweight, and damage-resistant surface. It is applied using an airless spray, with a mild odor when wet and none when dry.

Childers® Chil-Stix® CP-85 Adhesive is a fast-drying, rubber-based adhesive known for its rapid initial grab and permanent flexibility. Foster® Bridging Encapsulant 32-32 is a single-component, water-based elastomeric product with pigmentation. It is designed for interior use over asbestos-containing materials (ACM) of fibrous and cementitious types. This product can be easily applied via spray, and once cured, it forms a resilient, durable elastomeric film over the ACM. This film effectively delays the release of friable asbestos fibers.

Foster® Bridging Mastic Encapsulant-Lockdown 32-80™ is a dual-purpose coating designed for asbestos abatement. It is field-proven and, upon curing, forms a tough, light-colored, washable, abrasion-resistant elastomeric coating. This coating effectively reduces the release of asbestos fibers from both conventional and spray-applied asbestos-containing materials (ACM). When used with glass cloth, Foster® Bridging Mastic Encapsulant-Lockdown 32-80™ is ideal for covering interior pipe insulation and boiler lagging.
