Tonsan® 1581 White is one component material that is unaffected by moisture in the air. This material is recommended for sealing the side frames of solar cells and sealing the solar energy lamps. alkoxy-cure silicone adhesive cures at room temperature when exposed cells are sealed or adhered to the junction boxes of solar cells.

Tonsan® 1533 White is a two-component adhesive that can cure quickly at room temperature, providing excellent sealing and bonding. This material is recommended for potting electronic components, particularly junction boxes on PV modules. It has excellent dielectric properties and V1 flame retardancy.

H.B. Fuller 1527, also called 1527SBK, is a black, UL-certified, one-component RTV silicone with super resistance to weathering and ultra violet (UV). This material has very good adhesion without the need for primers to a wide range of substrates. It can be used for a variety of interior and exterior bonding and sealing applications. 1527 Black is formulated to perform at temperatures ranging from -54°C to 210°C.

H.B. Fuller 1581 is a one-component, alcohol-cured RTV silicone sealant. A non-sag material with excellent heat resistance for use in industrial and electronics applications. 1581 has very good adhesion to a wide range of unprimed substrates. High performance with fast and excellent adhesion to glass, aluminum alloys, etc. It can be used for a variety of electronics bonding, encapsulation, and sealing applications. This material is certified by UL to pass HB flame rating testing. This material performs at temperatures ranging from -55°C to 210°C.

H.B. Fuller PHOTOCAP® 3650 is an ultrafast-curing, PID-resistant thermoset polyolefin encapsulant with enhanced UV protection to ensure backsheet longevity. It has a low MVTR (moisture vapor transmission rate), a short lamination cycle, and excellent light transmission with no acetic acid concerns.

H.B. Fuller 3211 is a one-component adhesive that offers several features and benefits. It is easy to use and cures quickly, facilitating efficient bonding processes. One of its notable advantages is its ease of removal in boiling water or hot water, providing flexibility and convenience in temporary bonding applications. H.B. Fuller 3211 is specifically used for the temporary bonding of glass/resin and substrate, as well as the temporary bonding of ingots and glass/resin. It is commonly applied in the diamond wire cutting process for ingot bonding applications.

H.B. Fuller 2533W is a thermally conductive 2-part silicone gel that offers specific features and benefits. H.B. Fuller 1522 is a two-component condensation-cure silicone material that has a fast room-temperature curing speed and very good adhesion to many different materials. It has very good long-term adhesion performance in high-temperature conditions. 1522 is designed for use in a variety of applications where long-term temperature cycle resistance, UV exposure, and other harsh exposure conditions exist.

H.B. Fuller 1521 is a two-component, room-temperature-cure silicone system. It has very low ionic content and can be used for electronic component applications and electronics potting. Its applications include appliance sealing, connector sealing, and junction box potting. Additionally, it has good thermal conductivity and flame retardancy.

H.B. Fuller PHOTOCAP® 6048 is a thermoplastic, non-EVA-based encapsulating film designed for use in thin film modules.  It has a low MVTR (moisture vapor transmission rate), a short lamination cycle, and good creep resistance with proven longevity in the field.

TICTAK® 621 is a double-sided PE-foam tape consisting of a highly conformable closed cell PE foam backing and a high-quality acrylic adhesive. It is designed for frame mounting and is resistant to aging, UV, weathering, water, and salt according to solar requirements.

H.B. Fuller PHOTOCAP® 15585P is an ultrafast-curing, PID-resistant EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) photovoltaic encapsulating film with HLT™ higher light transmission in the UV wavelength region to allow greater power generation with blue light-sensitive photovoltaic devices. It has a short lamination cycle, excellent light transmission, and outstanding stability in the field.
