H.B. Fuller's Rapidex® reactive hot melt adhesives represent a sophisticated blend of the processing benefits of a hot melt with the robust end-use performance of a polyurethane. These adhesives consistently provide high bond strength and in-use stability to help facilitate line efficiency and productivity. Specifically developed for flat lamination applications, Rapidex® solutions can be utilized across a range of application methods, such as roller, slot, extrusion, or spray. Their versatility extends to both interior and exterior usage, offering flexibility in the product assembly process. This adaptability helps cut down scrap levels, supporting efficient processing whether at 10 or 80 meters per minute.

Clarity® PHL 4170CZP is a hot-melt adhesive with an aggressive bond on pick-up and overlap. It creates a virtually invisible glue line and has less bleed through on labels. It is commonly used for high-performance label application on PET and carbonated beverage containers. It is more aggressive than Clarity PHL 4167CZP in container labeling.

It is specially formulated for paper bag handle-making applications, suitable for both flat paper handles and twisted paper handles. This adhesive is specifically used in core applications, as well as in the production of bath tissue and paper towels.

U3342 is a medium viscosity UV-curable adhesive that bonds effectively to a wide range of plastics, glass, and ceramics. It is particularly effective on PMMA and polycarbonate, offering impact resistance on both similar and dissimilar substrates.

Swift&reg;col Health 9059 solvent-based acrylic self-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive is for manufacturers of medical products and devices who want to adhere to skin.

Swift&reg;col Health 9059 solvent-based acrylic self-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive provides excellent adhesive film clarity and an outstanding balance between adhesion and cohesion while conforming to ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards, including 10993-5 (tests for cytotoxicity) and 10993-10 (tests for skin irritation and sensitization).

This allows manufacturers of medical products and devices to access an adhesive solution for a wide variety of materials without the risk of transfer or residue.

Swift®therm 3055 is a hot melt adhesive with good adhesion to filter media, reduced shrinkage, and good flexibility. It has been developed for the manufacture of air filters as a pleat separator. Filter media is a suitable substrate for this product.

Cyberbond CB 2241 is a partly flexible cyanoacrylate, also known as rubber tough. It allows dynamic and temperature-loaded bonds and guarantees certain shock-absorbing properties. This grade is also excellent for combination bondings like metal to rubber or metal to plastic. CB 2241 is a black grade with an outstanding performance. Dispensing via, e.g., LINOP dispensing equipment is limited.
